Winade senza bubbles *, a special organic non-alcoholic white sparkling wine made from Silvaner and Phoenix grapes from Wijngoed Zwölbereich in Langenlonsheim, Germany. The most careful method currently available is chosen for de-alcoholization: a hydrophobic membrane is used to de-alcoholize the wine without the need for heat. This preserves the wine's aromas. The sekt is "sparkled" with 11 g of carbon dioxide, similar to champagne. In the fragrance, this sekt gives off floral aromas with notes of pear, apricot, peach, and citrus. The fresh fruit aromas also return on the palate, light, elegant, and very pleasant with a fine bubble. Alcohol-free enjoyment!
An excellent alcohol-free aperitif, serve well chilled between 8 and 10°C. Goes well with everything ;-).
