Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it i.e. uncooked, unworn, unused, or unopened, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Each returned item will be individually considered.
We’ll send you the return shipping label and instructions if your return request is accepted.
Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as certain special foods and fresh foods), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The return requests do not apply to sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges

After we receive your consent and the returned item has been credited, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method if a refund is approved.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Tampopo Foods' events cancellation policy
Tampopo Foods events include cooking classes, lectures and workshops organized by Tampopo Foods.
A full refund is granted if the event is cancelled by the organiser (Tampopo Foods).
The refund will be processed to the client within 14 working days through the original payment method.
Cancellation and last-minute event cancellation by the client
We handle no refund policy but offer you the possibility to:
- transfer your participation to a friend or family member; just let us know their name.
- or join another Tampopo Foods class or workshop.
The credit offer is valid; if not announced differently, max. till the end of the year, the event was reserved.
Which means till December 31.
